If you need to check in earlier then 3PM, please let me know in advance and I will try my best to accommodate you. 2) Parking will be provided for 3 vehicles in the driveway. No street parking, permit only area. 3) All occupants must register. 4) No unregistered guests allowed at anytime. Number of guests (including children) can not exceed the number originally booked for. 5) Guests will be responsible for any plumbing issues caused by foreign objects in the toilet or sink. 6) Any illegal activity or drug use is grounds for immediate eviction with forfeiture of all payments. We live in a quiet, friendly, neighborhood. Please be courteous to our neighbors. I expect the place to be loved and maintained the way we love and maintain it. We look forward to hosting you! PLEASE NOTE: The guests undertakes to hold the Host harmless against any and all loss, claims, causes of action, demands and/or costs and expenses that may be incurred by the guests in relation to the unit rental. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. Subletting the property is strictly prohibited. The space
Gorgeous & charming home located ON RODEO DRIVE! On a quiet street but just a block away from the famous shops on Rodeo Drive. The home is also located 1 block south of the famous Beverly Wilshire Hotel & two blocks west of Beverly Drive which is filled with restaurants and shops. Best location in the city! This home is also a 5 minute drive to the New Westfield Century City Mall and the Century City Business District. Great home for adventurers, families as well as business travelers. Home has gorgeous high ceilings, a chef's kitchen with granite counter tops, 4 spacious bedrooms & 3.5 bathrooms. 3 of the bedrooms are located in the main house and the 4th bedroom is located in the guesthouse in the backyard. Please note that the main home has a central heater/ac system. The 4th bedroom/ guesthouse has a fan & a small freestanding heater.

BIG backyard with grassy area and patio furniture (table, 6 chairs and 2 pool lounge chairs). 4 parking spaces in the driveway. 1 king bed and 3 queen beds all lined with cotton sheets that are unbelievably comfortable. Major supermarket 2 blocks away. Easy access to public transportation, Uber & Lyft. 7 minute drive from major freeways.

Check-in is usually at 4PM, but we are happy to let you check in earlier if there is no one booked the night before.

Neighborhood overview
Our neighborhood is a very quiet neighborhood lined with gorgeous trees but it is very close to the action as well. The house is down the street from the famous Rodeo Drive shops, 15 minute walk to the newly renovated Westfield Century city mall, very close to fox studios and many other attractions.
Getting around
There is a bus stop at the end of the street and the home is very accessible to lyft & uber.
