There are three security cameras are located outside the listing; around the entrances, facing the outdoor areas of the house and I have a camera over my pool. All security cameras are on and recording 24/7. Please note : A minimum $1,000 security deposit may be required for groups of six (6) or more guests. The pool may be heated for an additional $200 per day, while the hot tub can be heated at no extra charge. The $200/day pool heating fee will be collected at the time of booking. If the pool is not heated for the full period, the unused portion will be refunded on a prorated basis. Please ensure the pool heating system is not turned on unintentionally, as the owner can monitor the heating system through a mobile app.
