Ready to adventure? You’re just a quick drive to the our favorite hikes in the Joshua Tree National Park (Skull Rock, Hidden Valley) as well as downtown 29 Palms. In town you can visit the most hip and delicious restaurant in the entire desert, Kitchen in the Desert. With it’s incredible ambience, live music, amazing DJs and eclectic drink & dinner menu, the KOTD, is a favorite ‘secret spot’ even for the occasional celebrity. And while you’re in town, better stop at the Campbell Hill Bakery, and stock up on some delicious homemade baked goodies. Feeling like some activities? We’re just 5 minutes from the Tortoise Rock Casino and bowling at The Bowladium (home of the delicious, Mexican Street Tacos) There’s even a Starbucks in town near the action to prime your pump. For the more chill approach, there’s nearby groceries, gas and supplies so you can stock up, and stay off grid in your desert hide away. Chef it up on our Weber BBQ, hang around the pool and enjoy our gas fire pit and the twinkle of distant city lights. Or, hang at the edge of wilderness, set with the wood fire pit ablaze and tell stories under the light of the Milky Way. But Don’t be surprised when you see or hear your other desert friends like quail, coyotes, rabbits, jack rabbits, lizards, and our resident road runner, Ruby, that call this land their home.
