House Rules
1. Strictly no smoking in the home.
2. Strictly no pets in the home.
3. No loud parties or gatherings allowed in the home, there are great neighbors who've been here for years, so respect for them is always appreciated.
4. We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent
5. Maximum Occupancy - The maximum number of guests is limited to six (6) persons
6. No Daily Maid service - While linens and bath towels are included with the property, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. Daily or Weekly maid service is available for an additional charge. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken off the property.
7. Falsified Reservations - Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.
