Best Nest Living will be the mediator for the owners & renters.

Guest will not use the houses for any parties or gatherings without a written agreement. gathering involve over 3 guest that aren't staying in the house.

Guest will be ask to checkout without reimbursement if their are blatant rules broken around parties, gatherings, noise, and neighbor or owner issues. All issues will be mediated by Best Nest. Guest will drop all liabilities towards the owners and Best Nest.

Cancelation policy:
Full refund if cancellation is within 48 hours of booking
Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is canceled before check-in.
Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
If there is a complaint from either party, notice must be given to Best Nest within 24 hours of check-in.
Best Nest will mediate when necessary, and has the final say in all disputes.

Cancellation policies may be superseded by the Guest Refund Policy, extenuating circumstances, or cancellations by Best Nest for any other reason permitted under the Terms of Service. Medical reason, immediate family member death, or other reasons with documentation and Best Nest agreeing with the guest or owner.
