Other things to note:
- Completely private guesthouse/ADU. Guesthouse is separated by a back fence from the main house and there are fences/walls separating the neighboring houses on both sides as well (Website hidden by Airbnb) This property does not have central AC/Heat, but there are plenty of heating units located within the space for guests use so it stays warm enough during cold nights! If a heater is out or no longer working, please let us know as soon as possible so we can get it replaced or fixed as soon as we're able. Guests may also use the wood burning stove/heater in the corner of the living room if desired as well. Please do not overload with wood and of course exercise caution when using anything that produces fire.
- There is no dishwasher in the property, so all dishes/silverware/pots/pans/etc. will need to be hand washed during your stay. There is also no washer or dryer on the property, so any clothes that may need to be washed during your stay will need to be done off site. There are ample laundromats in the area, and pick up & delivery laundry services are also an option for guest use.

An unconventional enclave along Los Angeles' coast, Venice combines alternative values with counter-culture street cred. A carnival atmosphere permeates throughout this beach town, emanating from its fire-breathing street performers and its spoken-word sidewalk expressionists. Venice may be over ten miles away from Downtown, but its endearingly outlandish mixture of upscale boutiques and seedy entertainment make the trek by bus or car infinitely worth it.
