House Rules

Please enjoy the place fully and freely - yet please:
No smoking indoors.
No pets.
No parties.
No events - of any kind - no weddings, no ceremonies, no receptions, no photo shoots. No filming of any kind.
We absolutely love children yet PLEASE treat the condo with utter care and be watchful of your children - sad to say we've had instances where damage, dirt, staining has been beyond normal wear and tear and this can be easily avoided while still enjoying the space fully and departing with integrity, having left the home as wonderfully as you've found it.
If any damage was done, large or small, you must report it - we absolutely do inspect everything after each departure.
We are indeed very forgiving, yet we do insist on honestly about any level of damage incurred during your stay. Please.
A friendly reminder that although this is your vacation, this is not like a hotel where you can simply relax upon departure and leave everything 'as is' - children's fingerprints on walls or upholstered furniture are not acceptable, not normal wear and tear, neither are dirty diapers, rotting food, human waste, abnormal mess/filth - please treat the space as if were your own, and care for it accordingly - thank you utterly.
Please do not move the furniture, or rearrange/move decorative items, rugs, or art.

We have 2 tandem parking spots for your cars, trucks and SUV vehicles with 5'7" or shorter height clearance ONLY - taller autos/SUV's will not fit. And there is also free street parking right outside all along our building and beyond.

The space
Hello there...we hope this tempts you all!
Beautifully spacious and impeccably appointed, please enjoy our (your) luxe 2 bedroom condo with its massive, unobstructed ocean views from the living room, dining room/kitchen, and the master bedroom. Located on Malibu's famous Carbon Beach, we are within walking distance to the delicious 'Nobu Malibu' and the Malibu pier. It's gorgeous here...and we'd love to have you.

Additionally, the 3rd bed we have just brought in for you here is a twin cot, the other two beds are a California king, and a queen.

For your further ease and comfort, all of our 3 large wall-mounted TVs are equipped with cable access and AppleTV for streaming. And of course our building has a fabulous ocean-view pool and barbecue area - plenty of lounge chairs, seating, and our private, secured beach access for you.

We welcome your family and friends...ALL people from all over this gorgeous world we all share are welcome...thank you.

We have 2 tandem parking spots for your cars, trucks and SUV vehicles with 5'7" or shorter height clearance - taller autos/SUV's will not fit. And there is also free street parking right outside all along our building and beyond.

Checkout is 11am. Normally open to 12noon if you request in advance (the cleaners have to drive to Malibu to clean)
Late Checkouts: Late checkouts need to be requested in advance of the checkout day. If we can do a late checkout the fee is 1/2 the daily rate.

We have 2 tandem parking spots for your vehicles: 5'7" or shorter height clearance our absolute limit here, so MOST SUV's and taller autos WILL NOT FIT - and there is also free street parking right outside all along our building and beyond. Some low-height SUV's do fit just fine - the stipulation being 5'7" or lower in height on any vehicle you may have.

Our fantastic organic grocery store, 'PC Greens', is across the street for you, as well as an amazing Thai massage place, 'Malibu Thai Body Works'.

You say you like to shop? The awesome Malibu Country Mart (a one-of-a-kind open air shopping area, not to be missed) is less than a 5 minute drive, or a 20 minute walk away.
