The space
Surrounded by beautiful greenery, this guest house is perfect for someone who appreciates a clean and modern space. Cozy up and read a book on the comfortable blue couch or make a meal in the great kitchenette. After a long day, there is nothing better than getting a good night sleep in this comfortable bedroom with fun decor and beautiful dream catchers.

Other things to note (PLEASE READ):

- There is no washer or dryer in the guesthouse, so any clothes that may need to be washed during your stay will need to be done off site. There are ample laundromats in the area, and pick up & delivery laundry services are also an option for guest use.

- TV with basic cable options and installed Roku device are not shown in the listing's photos, but is something that is now available for guests use while at the property.

- Guesthouse does not have a standalone, typical stove or oven for use, but it does have a portable stove cooktop/hot plate available to be used that is usually stored under the kitchen sink.

Neighborhood overview
Studio City is an easy to access neighborhood just north of Hollywood, in the San Fernando Valley. Proximity to major highways make it the perfect place to stay if you are looking to do activities all over Los Angeles. Studio City also has a distinctly quieter and more suburban feel, while still being super close to great restaurants and attractions in Hollywood, West Hollywood, Silver Lake, Echo Park, and everything north of the hill.
