The space
The 3 bedrooms all have ensuites comprised of 2 master bedrooms and a room with 2 double beds. This means you have 4 beds in this house which could be perfect for a family or co-workers.

The house a slit level house with 2 rooms on the 1st floor, the living room and powder room on the 2nd floor, and one of the master bedrooms on the top floor.
Additional notes
The garage is only 6'4 inches tall. This works for a full size SUV like a BMW x5 but not for a tall truck. You can park in front of the garage with a taller car.
