The space
This 3 bedroom, two bath house, located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, has french doors and sunlight throughout every room. It is surrounded by a romantic landscape lighting for the evening. Amenities include a gas log fireplace, stereo with CD player and five separately controlled speaker zones, including the patio and the spa, cable TV with DVD/VCR, a high speed DSL internet connection (wired or wireless).

The three bedrooms both have Queen sized beds with cotton bedding. Storage space is provided with built in wardrobes and drawers. Both bedrooms and the front living room provide light reducing blinds to add to a comfortable night's sleep.

The back garden is a beautiful and peaceful place to relax during the day or at night. Large pool towels provided for your comfort/convenience.

Front loading Washer and Dryer provided in Laundry Room.

Hiking is around the corner with several parks including Runyon Canyon & Griffith park. Top attractions include, Universal Studios, the Hollywood sign, Beverly Hills' Rodeo Drive, the walk of fame, and Larchmont village is right around the corner. Hollywood is great because it can be perfect for the quite conservative family or the kids who are looking for the night life.
