Modern amenities and traditional styling.Additional notes
There is a detached unit in the back of the property, with a separate entrance that is currently occupied. Guest don't need to interact with the tenant and for the most part the spaces are completely separate.
Outdoor redwood dining table, grill, and fire pit with ample seating make the house ideal for small outdoor gatherings. The sunny backyard is a flat, secure play area, surrounded by bamboo, featuring giant cactus, banana tree, agave and many other flowering species that attract hummingbirds. If staying for the long term, two raised garden beds are yours to plant vegetables.
There are two office/work spaces throughout the house. A sunny, indoor airy office on the screened back porch, and then there's a modified walk in closet that's treated with sound baffling, and equipped with desk and chair and ready for podcast or audio recording.
The front porch has a swing and we sit out there in the evening and enjoy the great view of the gorgeous LA sunset. The house is a rare, older house in Los Angeles, and has lots of original woodwork and character
The house comes with a two car driveway and off street parking available at all times, please don't fret about parking! Perched above street but with easy foot access.
Guest can harvest limes and lemons from trees on the property.Neighborhood overview
