House Rules

1. Strictly no smoking in the home.
2. Strictly no pets in the home.
3. No loud parties or gatherings allowed in the home, there are great neighbors who've been here for years, so respect for them is always appreciated.
4. We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
5. Maximum Occupancy - The maximum number of guests is limited to eight (8) persons.
6. No Daily Maid service - While linens and bath towels are included with the property, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. Weekly/additional maid service is available for an additional charge. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken off the property
7. Falsified Reservations - Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.

* Walking Distance to Universal Studios! 15 minute walk to Lankershim Blvd. Entrance!

** Per Owner's Request, any guest/booking that is staying at the home for longer than two weeks, must agree to a housekeeping crew coming in to keep the house clean in two week intervals. This service would have to be at the guests expense, and we can help facilitate/coordinate the cleaning with our dedicated housekeeping team. Please DO NOT reach out to book if this additional service is not agreeable to you and/or you would be unwilling to pay for it.

*** NO GUEST ACCESS TO THE GARAGE, per homeowners request. Owner is using for storage while out of state. The driveway can fit a compact size car easily, as well as provide a snug fit for most regular sized sedans & SUV's. There are also NO restrictions on street parking in the area, and street parking is plentiful usually any time of day.

The home's location in Studio City provides a peaceful hillside retreat while still being close to many options. Spend the day at Universal Studios nearby, tour LA's famous Hollywood Walk of Fame, and catch some rays at Venice Beach.
Getting around
Parking in driveway (no garage access). Unrestricted street parking in area. Driving & walking/running around the neighborhood would be the best way to get around.
