The space
- No washer or dryer in guesthouse. Sorry! There are numerous laundromats in the area though as well as on demand/pick up & deliver laundry services that can be used during your stay.

- No Central AC or Heating (currently). There is a ceiling fan located in the bedroom, but we can also provide additional portable/box fans if needed, as well as a few space heaters if needed as well if it gets too cold at night.

- Entrance to the guesthouse is around back of the main house, off the alley (homeowners don't want to see guests entering through main gate at front of home. Sorry!). Parking for your car/vehicle is also in the alley in front of the gate/guesthouse (more info can be provided if needed). If you have more than one vehicle during your stay, street parking will have to be found.

- Rooftop Patio/Balcony may be shared with homeowners from time to time while they are in town and staying in/using main house.

- Smoking is allowed, but on the rooftop or small patio/balcony off the living room only. Absolutely no smoking inside the home please!! Thank you.
